WHEN SOMEONE STEALS YOUR CREDIT | Capsules of Inspiration

Dose 1

Since I have been counselling people to a happier life since two decades now, many people requested me to give solutions to questions that are common in everyone's mind. Hence, we have started this series - CAPSULES OF INSPIRATION - answering one question in every dose.

Here is the 1st DOSE - Many people feel cheated when they do all the work and someone else takes the credit for their effort. This makes them feel discouraged and unhappy. So, what's to be done to ensure we remain happy in such a situation?

Let's understand this with a little story. Outside a small village, there was a tree on which the bees had made a big beehive. Some birds came and sat next to the hive and said to the bees that you do so much hard work and collect this much amount of honey and the village people come, snatch away your have and take all the honey away. Don't you feel bad and cheated that you did all the effort and someone else took away the honey ... stole your credit ... in a way?

Do you know what the bees replied? They said that these people can steal our honey, but they can never take away our honey-making capability. The joy is not in who enjoys the honey ... the joy is in who CREATES the honey.

If you want to be happy in your life, dear friends, then forget who gets the credit and keep doing your work with a good intention and dedication. Keep creating your honey ... what does it matter who gets the credit ... as long as you are serving someone out of pure love.

For there is a Law of Life that Energy cannot be created or destroyed. So whatever energy you throw into the Universe has to come back to you. If you sow roses, can you get back cactus? Likewise if you give the contribution of your effort with love (honey) can you get back poor results. It is not possible.

Just remember, your senior or your Company is not paying you. The Universe is paying you in return for the contribution you give. So if you sow love, love has to come back to you. Your job is to sow what you wish to reap.

From today, forget who is taking your credit. Just keep doing your work with so much love ... keep on creating honey with your selfless contribution and rest assured that the sweet flavour of happiness will always remain with you.

Remember, we have lots of honey to make and contribute. So, let's go and spread the taste of our sweetness and make this a more pleasant world with the contribution of our love.
